For my background, I stamped the little images from the Guiding Light Sentiment Stamps with Suede Shoes ink.
I used the Double Duty Circle DIes to cut out a piece of vellum. I stamped my Scenic Lighthouses Stamp with black ink and then colored it in with Copic markers. I cut it out using the coordinating dies.
I added a few sequins to finish the card off!
